It seems to me to be a deception. In the vehicle data I have put everything they have asked for, date of registration, damages etc. They give me an appraisal between *** and *** and, when I go to make the real appraisal, they offer me ***. It seemed to me a deception. They tell me that the car is 10 years old, but it was also 10 years old when I filled in the data on the web, that it has painting costs, it was also 10 years old when I indicated, even with photos, the damages of the vehicle. That they have to give a one year engine warranty... they also had to give it when I entered the data on the web. They give a very high valuation on the web, which has nothing to do with reality.

Please don't waste people's time.

Good afternoon, they are cheaters, they cheat with the online valuation, (it is a bait) they make you waste your time and in my case then they gave me a valuation below 50% in cash and value of 60% of the same online rate if I left it in management. A full-fledged commercial fraud wasting people's time. I feel bad for the poor employee because he has to be every day getting angry from deceived clients.

The worst of the worst. They broke my car, won't fix it, won't give it back to me and won't take care of it. Sad experience. It's been 5 months and I haven't seen a dime. Not recommended at all.

The worst experience of my life. I left a car in sales management. Not only did they not sell it but they broke it. Now they don't want to take care of the repair. They have kept my car, broken and unable to sell it for 4 months. I do not recommend it at all. They told me they were going to buy it from me 3 weeks ago but I am still waiting for a supposed approval from one *** *** *** . A giant disregard to a customer who trusted them.

He realizado tasación online y con los mismos datos que llevo en persona y mismas fotos me dan presupuestos muy distintos...online entre *** y ***€ y allí la mitad...lo considero un engaño y una perdida de tiempo y gasto de gasolina ..ya que por mucha diferencia que haya en persona..hasta ese punto no lo entiendo...ya antes proporcioné todos los datos kms fotos y demás para que fuese lo más aproximado...y nada de eso..me sentí engañada ..
